Modify An Order
After placing an order, you may modify it by filling out the Change Order Form below. Orders may be modified within 24 - 48 hours after the order has
been placed only if your order has not been shipped. If your package has not been shipped, your order can be modified. If your order needs a
price adjustment, a customer service representative will email you with the necessary information. If you would still like to change your order after you
have received it, you may exchange the items, and a new order will be
shipped free of charge.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel an order by using the Change Order Form below. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after the order has been placed only if your order
has not been processed. If your order has not been processed, your card will not be charged. If you order has already been processed, your card or
PayPal account will be refunded.
