Return & Exchange Policy

At Retro City Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we will accept your merchandise in it's original condition within 14 days after original receipt for a refund, less original shipping charges. Sale and clearance items are final sale and may not be returned (Exception: special promotion sales such as Black Friday).

IMPORTANT:
Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. All returned merchandise must be in original condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. No credit or exchange will be processed if the merchandise shows signs of use or damage or has an odor. Our return policy does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of original receipt of merchandise. Returns received after 14-day return period will only be eligible for exchange or will be returned to customer.

How To Make A Return Or Exchange

Before returning your merchandise, please fill out the Return / Exchange Form below. Immediately after doing so, you may return your merchandise. To return your merchandise...

• Carefully pack your items in the original box, along with any original materials and the return slip. PLEASE DO NOT BEND OR FOLD THE MERCHANDISE.
• Cushion interior of package well to prevent box from collapsing in on items due to exterior pressure on outside of box during its return trip.
• Fix the return-address label on the outside of the package.
• Please insure your package for the total of the merchandise being returned! Retro City Sunglasses is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We highly recommend using USPS (United States Postal Service) to return your package. Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of original receipt of your order.
• DO NOT SHIP RETURNS BY EXPRESS MAIL.
• We will you email you when your return or exchange has been processed. We ask customers to allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be credited back to their original payment method.
• Please note that no credit or exchange will be processed if the merchandise shows signs of use, damage caused by customer, or has an odor. Returns received after 14-day return period will only be eligible for exchange or will be returned to customer.
