Free Ground Shipping

Retro City Sunglasses is happy to offer free Ground shipping on orders $50.00 and over to all U.S. residents. Ground shipments arrive within 4 - 7 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Orders at Retro City Sunglasses are shipped via United States Postal Service.

• Ground shipments arrive within 4 - 7 business days after the order is placed.
• Express shipments arrive within 1 - 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders using Express shipping must be placed by 12PM EST (during normal business days, Monday through Friday) to ensure 1-to-3-day delivery. If the Express order is placed after 12PM EST, please allow an extra business day for delivery. Signature may be required upon arrival. Express delivery is not available to PO boxes.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For each shipping method, please allow 2 to 3 additional business days for delivery if order is placed on or the day before a holiday. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

Orders at Retro City Sunglasses are shipped via United States Postal Service.

• International Ground shipments to Canada arrive within 2 - 5 weeks after the order is placed.
• International Express shipments to Canada arrive within 5 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
• International Ground shipments to all other countries arrive within 3 - 8 weeks after the order is placed.
• International Express shipments to all other countries arrive within 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed.
• Please note that once international orders reach their destination, packages may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates of up to 7 to 10 business days.
• At the moment, tracking numbers are not available for international shipments.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If a package does not arrive to an international destination, it takes up to 90 days for us to file a claim for a lost package with the United States Post Office. These occurrences are rare but if your package should be lost or damaged, please let us know and we will file a claim with the United States Post Office. It may take up to 90 days to receive a refund.

Track Your Package

You will receive a tracking number for your package by email within 48 hours after your order is placed (not including Saturday and Sunday). Most packages can be tracked at USPS.com. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us to request one. At the moment, tracking numbers are not available for international orders.

Where Is My Order?

It has been 3 days since I received my tracking number but my order still has not arrived...

(The following information applies to orders shipped within the United States only) If your tracking information shows that it has been 3 days since your order shipped out, the United States Postal Service asks that you allow an additional 2 days for delivery. If your package still has not arrived after the additional 2-day period, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your order.


The tracking information for my order reads "Delivery attempted. Notice was left.", but no notice was left. Where is my order?

If the tracking information shows that a notice was left for an attempted delivery, then it is very likely that your package is waiting for you for pick up at your local United States post office. Please check there. If your package is not there, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your order.
