Secure Payment Checkout
We want your shopping experience at Retro City Sunglasses to be safe and secure. In our checkout area, we use Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) encryption technology to transmit your order. This prevents any unauthorized parties from
gaining access to your personal and confidential information. Your credit card, payment, and
contact information will be protected during the checkout process. When you enter our checkout page, a lock appears in your browser and "http" in the URL
changes to "https", indicating that any data
transferred between the web site and the browser is secure. Also, your browser may give you a pop-up
message saying that your are about to enter a secure area.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.
We currently do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. If this is an
inconvenience to you, we apologize, and invite you to send us feedback on the matter.

Ordering
Items may be added to your shopping cart while browsing the site. You may update quantities or remove items from your cart at checkout. To view your
shopping cart and/or pay for your items, click on the "shopping
cart" button located in the top-right portion of any page on this site.
Why Is A Product On Your Website If It's Sold Out?
If a product appears on our website yet it's sold it, it may be back in stock soon. Sometimes certain products sell out faster than we expect. Our most
popular items will usually be back in stock within 2 weeks. From time to time, we receive single orders for multiple purchases of a single item, which also may
cause an item to sell out in just one order.
Modify An Order
After placing an order, you may modify it by filling out the Modify Order form. Orders
may be modified within 24 - 48 hours after the order has been placed only if your order has not been been shipped. If your package has not been shipped, your order
can be modified. If your order needs a price adjustment, a customer service representative will email you with the necessary information. If you
choose to modify your order but it has already been shipped, customer service will contact you. If you would still like to change your order when you receive
it, you may exchange the items, and a new order will be shipped free of charge.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel an order by using the Change Order form. Orders may be cancelled
within 12 hours after the order has been placed only if your order has not been processed. If your order has not been processed, your card will not be charged.
If you order has already been processed, a customer service representative will contact you, and you may
return your order after you receive it.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on any orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.
Gift Services
We currently do not offer gift packaging services. If this is an inconvenience to you, we apologize, and invite you to send us
feedback on the matter. We love to hear from customers and are always looking
