Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return or exchange an item, we will accept your merchandise in it's original
condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) within 30 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange. If your exchange requires a price
adjustment, customer service will email you with the adjusted price and further instructions on completing the order. Sale items may only be
exchanged.
Sending Back Your Merchandise
Before returning your merchandise, please fill out the Return / Exchange Form below. After doing so, you may ship the package.
- Fill out the return/exchange slip portion of the original invoice, noting the reason for your return.
- Carefully pack your items, along with any original materials (shoe boxes, jewelry boxes, etc.), and the return slip into the original box.
- Fix the return-address label on the outside of the package.
- Please insure your package for the total of the merchandise being returned! Packages can get lost in the mail! Retro City Sunglasses is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. Ship it with the carrier of your choice (returns must be post-marked within 30 days of
receipt).

- DO NOT USE UPS GROUND TO SHIP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. UPS Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We will email you when your return/exchange has been processed and/or your new order has been shipped. We ask customers to allow up to 7 business
days for a refund to be credited back to their card.
