Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not totally crazy about your recent purchase, please ship it back for a return or exchange. We will accept your merchandise in it's original condition within 14 days after the delivered date of your order. Refunds will be processed, minus original shipping charges. After we receive your returned goods, please allow 5 to 14 business days to receive your refund or exchanged items. (international customers, please allow 7 to 30 business days for your refund or exchange).

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including sale items), please contact us. We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost. You will also be reimbursed for your return shipping fee of the damaged/defective item(s). Reimbursements will be issued for up to $4.00.

Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. No credit or exchange will be processed if the merchandise shows signs of use or damage or has an odor (including cigarette odors). Our return policy does not cover accidental damage caused by customer. Exchanges may only be accepted for items of equal or lesser price. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Returns and exchanges received after the 14-day return period will not be processed and the package will be returned to customer. Likewise, returned sale items are not refundable and any returned sale items will be immediately returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchange-able:

  • Sale items (with the exception of promotional or 1-day sales). However, sale items which are found to be defective may be exchanged.
  • Items with "FINAL SALE" in the title.
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Items which show signs of use.
  • Items which have a heavy cigarette or perfume odor.

Items returned under any of the above conditions will be immediately returned to the sender.

Returning Apparel, Hats, or Headwear

We will accept the return of unworn and unwashed apparel, hats, or headwear. When returning apparel, hats, or headwear, all original tags must be attached. Any apparel, hats, or headwear returned without all original tags will be immediately returned to the customer.

Return Instructions
  1. Fill out the Return / Exchange form on the back of your original receipt and include it in the return box.
  2. Carefully pack your items in the original box, along with any original materials and the return form (please note that if you use the original, white "Priority" box in which you may have received your order, the United States Post Office will charge you Priority shipping rates unless all "Priority" insignia on the outside of the box is completely covered up).
  3. Use the original Styrofoam peanuts to cushion the inside of the box.
  4. Fix the return-address label (found on the back of your receipt) on the outside of the package.
  5. Do not ship your return package by Express mail. We also highly recommend using USPS (United States Postal Service) to return your package.
