Tracking Number

Tracking numbers are emailed within 1 - 2 business days after placing your order. You may track your package at usps.com. Please add hello@retrocitysunglasses.com to your email address book to prevent our emails from filtering into your spam / bulk email folders. If you do not receive your tracking number within 1 - 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us. Please also note that if you enter your email address incorrectly at the time of checkout, your tracking number will still be sent to that email address, as tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure you enter the exact and correct email address at checkout.

Tracking Number (International)

Detailed tracking information is not available for orders shipped outside of the United States unless the order is shipped by Express delivery.

Orders Placed On A Friday or Holiday: Please note that orders placed on a holiday ship out the following business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on a Friday, will ship out the following Tuesday (provided the following Tuesday is not a holiday). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email on that day.

Does your order include a Pre-Order item? Orders which include at least 1 pre-order item will ship out on the date of the pre-order item. If an order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the date of the latest pre-order item. Tracking numbers are generated on the latest date of the pre-order item from that order.

 


My Order Still Hasn't Arrived...

If the tracking information shows that a notice was left for an attempted delivery ("Delivery attempted. Notice was left."), but no notice was left, then it is very likely that your package is waiting for you for pick up at your local United States post office. Please check there and bring your tracking number with you.

We highly recommend you inquire about your package in-person! The United States Post Office is more likely to give you more accurate information in person than they would over the phone. Please go to the post office and ask a clerk if your package is waiting to be picked up. Please bring your tracking number with you.
