If you are not totally crazy about your recent purchase, please ship it back for a refund or exchange. We will accept your merchandise in its original condition within 14 days after the date of delivery of your order. Refunds will be processed, minus any original shipping charges. After we receive your returned goods, please allow 5 to 14 business days to receive your refund or exchanged items (international customers, please allow 7 to 30 business days for your refund or exchange).
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including sale items), please contact us. We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost. Before returning any defective or damaged items, please remember to contact us first.
Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. No credit or exchange will be processed if the merchandise shows signs of use or damage or has an odor (including cigarette odors). Our return policy does not cover accidental damage caused by customer. Exchanges may only be accepted for items of equal or lesser price. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Returns and exchanges received after the 14-day return period will not be processed and the package will be returned to customer. Likewise, returned sale items are not refundable and any returned sale items will be returned to the customer.

Returning Apparel, Hats, or Headwear
We will accept the return of unworn and unwashed apparel, hats, or headwear. When returning apparel, hats, or headwear, all original tags must be attached. Any apparel, hats, or headwear returned without all original tags will be immediately returned to the customer.
