How to Track Your Order
If it has been at least 2 business days since the time you placed your order (not including the weekend), please take the following steps to look up your tracking information...
- Open your email inbox and search for a shipment confirmation email from us, titled "Your order [ORDER NUMBER] has shipped."
- Click the "Click for Tracking" button.
- On the page that opens, click the 22-digit tracking number (usually begins with the number "9").
- You will be taken to the USPS.com tracking information page.
Alternatively, you can use the shipment notification email that comes from our shipping partner, Stamps.com. Clicking the tracking number in that email will take you to a page on Stamps.com that shows the same tracking information as USPS.
"I can't find my shipment confirmation email"...
- If it has been 2 business days since you placed your order and your shipment confirmation email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If your shipment confirmation email is not in your spam folder, please contact us. Your email address may have been entered with a typo at the time of purchase. Include your full name and shipping zip code to allow us to find your order information.
