"Business days" excludes U.S. holidays, Canadian holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery Times and Costs Everywhere Else
We currently do not ship to the following countries: South Africa, Mexico, Tunisia, Morocco, or the United Arab Emirates.
Express shipments must be placed by 12PM EST, Monday through Friday to ensure express delivery times.
You will receive a customs form number by email once your package has shipped. Unfortunately, this number cannot be used to show detailed information about the location of your package during transit. Your customs form number will not show tracking after it has left the last post in the United States.
Taxes / Duties and Customs Procedures
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order. Please note that you may be required to pay customs fees for your order at the time of delivery. Also note that these customs fees are not collected by us and the funds are not sent to us after they are collected. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Packages may also be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause a delay in the delivery of your order. We cannot mark a package as a "gift" on the customs form.
If any customs fees that are due upon delivery are not paid or refused by the customer, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once the package is returned to us.
