Terms and Conditions
By entering our Christian Louboutin "So Kate" giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Giveaway is open, internationally, to participants 18 years of age or older.
- By entering this giveaway, you will be automatically signed up for the email subscription at RetroCitySunglasses.com. You may opt out of our email subscription by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the first promotional email you receive from RetroCitySunglasses.com (this does not include the giveaway email confirmation).
- Contest ends DATE.
- Winner will be randomly selected and notified by email on DATE.
- Winner must respond within 30 days of notification to claim prize. After that, prize will be forfeited.
- Winner must respond to the notification email with their complete shipping address and shoe size.
- Please know your correct size in Christian Louboutin "So Kates" before the end of the contest. Once prize is shipped, it may not be returned for exchange of another size.
- In the event that we are unable to locate your size from any U.S. retailer, a physical or electronic department store gift card will be issued to the winner for the cost of the shoes (up to and not exceeding $800.00 USD).
- To ensure that you receive the winning email notification, please immediately add our email address to your mobile phone contact list as well as the contact list for your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, iCloud, etc.): hello@retrocitysunglasses.com.
- Winners of the giveaway located outside of the United States will be solely response for any clearance, taxes, and duties fees asked for by their post office or customs office.
- United States winners, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive prize.
- International winners, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive prize.
